The Bursary Scheme has helped many young people with funds towards their individual lessons. The scheme has had some great praise from the young people who have taken part;

“Thank you so much for continuing the funding for [my daughter’s] double bass lessons. She is continuing to flourish and really enjoys her lessons with [her teacher]. The support of the Martlets has given us the finances to include learning to play the piano next year. Thank you so much for all your support.” (Parent)

Thanks to Martlets’ help I have been able to learn the minority instrument, Bassoon!” (Student)

“Thank you so much for your generous support” (Teacher)

“This has been an excellent opportunity and I couldn’t have done it without Martlets Music help!” (Student)

Teachers comments have suggested that all the young people involved are progressing rapidly with the help of the bursary scheme, moreover individual lessons have allowed the young people to progress at their own pace, allowing them to flourish and gain confidence in their musical abilities as they do.
